Co-Founder & Head of China Operations
Based in Nanjing, China, Sally works directly with customers and leads the day-to-day coordination of custom headwear projects.
With more than 20 years of international B2B experience, she helps turn an initial idea, logo or reference hat into a clear product direction. Throughout sampling and production, she communicates project questions, updates and required decisions between the customer and the China-based production team.
